Aevon Bikes team organised their first afterwork, in partnership with Balad’à vélos Store in Latresne. More than 80 people got together around a shared passion: the Kustom bike.
Balad’à Vélos is an Aevon Bikes partner specialized in bike customisation and motorisation. Located in Latresne, the shop is strategically placed along the famous bike path Roger Lapebie. This old train track links Bordeaux to Sauveterre-de-Guyenne for 47km through vineyards and forests with several stops where the previous train stations were found.
During our afterwork, Le Cafe Racer was in the spotlight with this cream vintage model with white stripes tires. Chosen as an exhibition model, it was impossible to stay indifferent to it.
The riders community Super Squad Bordeaux joined the afterwork through the bike track linking Stalingrad to Latresne. Whey they got there, they tested their big favourite: the Beast. Fitted with a CYC motor, trying the Beast is a must!
Aevon Bikes is the exclusive distributor of the CYC brand in France.
These top range motors perform remarkably, are certified in 250w / the limits can be removed up to 35000w, are entirely programmable through an app on a Smartphone. They adapt to all kinds of use, from the traditional Ebike to an extreme use up a mountain. Fitted with a torque sensor, their use is both intuitive and pleasant.
A massive thank you to all our partners, particularly L’Apostrophe Food Truck who fed the participants with their home-made burgers. Thank you to our cellarman too, without whom the atmosphere wouldn’t have been as relaxed as it was🙂
The night ended with a midnight ride for the trip back, a very nice time.
